As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring that we onboard the very best candidates. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the first impressions of new employees, setting them up for success from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Pre-Employment:

Manage the complete pre-employment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into our company culture.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Organize and schedule candidates for New Hire Orientation and mandatory safety training sessions, ensuring they are fully prepared and informed.

Equipment and IT Setup:

Coordinate the provision of necessary equipment and IT resources, guaranteeing that all new employees are operational and ready to go on their first day.

Point of Contact:

Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to Talent Acquisition, providing timely and accurate responses to foster a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications: Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required, enhancing communication with a diverse candidate and employee base.

High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications preferred.

At least one year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role.

Proficiency in typing (40+ WPM) and data entry with high accuracy.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Proactive and independent work ethic, with a strong sense of initiative.

A keen interest in Human Resources and talent acquisition is highly desirable.
