Main Tasks & Requirements:

Formulate the strategy for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team by collaborating with business leaders and the Human Resources department.

Develop workforce planning and initiatives targeting early-career professionals.

Establish a robust talent pipeline.

Guide a team of full-cycle Talent Acquisition professionals to secure high-caliber talent.

Ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure OFCCP compliance for all TA activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Collaborate with the business to understand workforce needs and create comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.

Develop targeted recruiting campaigns for critical roles.

Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

Develop and maintain Talent Acquisition data and metrics.

Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to enhance performance.

Leverage social media and other channels to showcase company culture.

Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead a team of professional Talent Partners and focus on their development.

Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

OFCCP Compliance:

Develop, review, and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations.

Provide training on OFCCP compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate records related to hiring processes.

Ensure hiring practices comply with OFCCP regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 10+ years related experience in sales and technology recruitment and staffing coupled with 5+ years of people management experience. Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various positions.
