Job Summary

Responsible for the loaner pool and acting as a liaison between the Service Depot, Upgrade/PM Coordinator, Field Service Team, Help Desk and Material Control/Inventory. The individual will maintain, monitor, approve and retrieve a useful working loaner pool for deployment to ZOLL customers. Service loaners are secured by ZOLL customers for services being supplied by ZOLL to customer owned product.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for the loaner pool and acting as a liaison between the Service Depot, Upgrade/PM Coordinator, Field Service Team, Help Desk and Material Control/Inventory.
  • Maintain, monitor, approve and retrieve a useful working loaner pool for deployment to ZOLL customers
  • Ensure service loaners are secured by ZOLL customers for services being supplied by ZOLL to customer owned product
  • Contact ZOLL customers to retrieve loaners still outstanding after customer device has been serviced and shipped back.
  • Assist customer if shipping material is needed for the return of the ZOLL Service Loaner.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as necessary.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven strength in customer service skills Basic computer skills
  • Experience with Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite
