We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to oversee the implementation of HR policies, manage payroll processing, and collaborate with management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the payroll system, ensuring the successful completion of bi-weekly pay cycles.

Assign and manage benefits packages and adjust pay rates as needed.

Provide HR feedback and interact with upper management on HR matters.

Recruit, interview, and select candidates for open positions.

Develop and communicate new HR policies and procedures.

Plan, facilitate, and evaluate employee meetings and training programs, assessing their effectiveness.

Conduct new employee orientation to promote a positive attitude toward company goals.

Administer insurance coverage, pension plans, and personnel transactions including hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.

Handle 401k administration, maintain records, and manage employment census and attendance records.

Manage the HRIS, ensuring accurate data input and effective system use.

Maintain filing systems and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Draft letters, memos, and standards, and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field; or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
