Your New Role...
The PSA Lifestyle Program Sourcing & Planning Specialist is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all information related to business rights are entered and updated in our system. Responsible for producing, distributing, tracking, and updating the information for all US & DNI Cross Net documents and monthly audits. This role ensures timely entry and disbursement of key and rights sensitive information so that programming and operational teams receive essential information needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Manage US & DNI Cross Net updates, pending issues and discrepancies

Main point of contact for all rights/DNA related request & inquiries

Responsible for allocating, entering, or removing rights across all systems (DNAs, expired titles)

Handles all internal borrows & Content Sharing tracker and approval process

Maintain, post, and distribute rights related information on Content Tracker

Monthly audit of US content airing in Latam

Manage initial check of quarterly impairment exercise

Manage and request descriptions for acquisitions deals

Maintain acquisition & polling tracker

Support manager with the process of Native titles & quick turn around projects

Provide daily support to regional programming teams regarding PSA issues

Assisting with PowerPoint Decks & presentations when requested

Assist in Special Projects

Qualifications & Experience...
Experience in the cable, satellite or terrestrial television industry with an emphasis on Programming and Acquisitions preferred

Sharp analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized with attention to detail

Time management, speed and accuracy/Ability to prioritize

Take ownership of, and accountability for responsibilities.

Experience with programming and/or rights management systems

Ability to handle more than one task at a time

Excellent people and interpersonal skills, good team player

High degree of adaptability to changes in the nature of the industry

Comfortable working with Google mail/drive, intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills essential
