YOU

You’ll be working on a social-first team, so it’s important that you love and understand social. THE POSITION REQUIRES

● Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth workflow, troubleshooting when needed, and keeping work on time and on budget

● Working with internal stakeholders to develop timelines and identify resources prior to briefings

● Working with the PM team to best manage internal and external resources

● Stretching outside of the agency to work alongside partner agencies and develop wholistic project plans

● Tactfully troubleshooting issues that arise with poise and strong communication skills

● Troubleshooting any roadblocks in workflow to ensure adequate agency timelines and responsiveness

● Committing to continually improving upon and evolving our process while collaborating with all internal departments to determine what works best for Chemistry

● Being detail-oriented, responsible for quality control & proofreading

● Strong communication and mediation skills

● 3-5 years of project management experience in an integrated agency environment

● Project Management software experience required
