4 Paws Pet Hospital is now hiring a Customer Service Representative/ Veterinary Receptionist to join our team

Schedule: Full-time 4 day, 10 hour shift with rotating Saturdays.

Job Overview:

  • Welcoming clients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Entering clients/patients into practice software program
  • Use positive customer service skills for client and staff communication
  • Maintaining, developing, and editing client records, profiles, invoices
Our ideal candidate:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a veterinary receptionist required
  • High School diploma/ G.E.D.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Veterinary medicine knowledge
  • Team player
