About the Position The company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organizations financial operations and support continued growth. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, optimizing profitability, and identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation. This role requires a hands-on financial leader with experience in construction or contracting environments who can balance strategic vision with operational execution.
