**What Youll Do:**

Tasked with overseeing all aspects of the banquet operation is no small potatoes. With your knowledge, expertise, and leadership skills youll maximize the quality of our Banquets and enhance our guests stay and experience. Youll also work with and coordinate with the various sub-department managers beneath you, helping them achieve their own goals and objectives.

Interview, hire, train, and schedule Banquet employees in both front and back of house.

Collaborate with culinary and service managers in the creation of new banquet and catering menus.

Regularly review and evaluate the banquet and catering service to recommend new operating and marketing policies.

Continuously evaluate the performance and encourage the improvement of the associates in the banquet and catering department.

Clearly describe, assign and delegate for the operation of the various aspects of banquet and catering, i.e. weddings, meetings, and other events.

**Where Youve Been:**

You have a high school diploma at minimum, although an additional certificate in hospitality or a similar field is a plus. You have 3 years of previous supervisory experience in hospitality and an additional 2 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Most importantly, youre someone who has excellent problem-solving skills, leadership skills and is able to perform under pressure.
