Pathway to Partnership:

At Brevard Physician Associates (BPA), we believe in empowering new team members to become partners in our shared vision. As a BPA Radiologist, you won't just be filling a role - you'll be on a clear, defined, and rewarding path to partnership. We offer a 12-18 month partnership track, including a path to leadership roles within our practice on our Executive Committee.

What Sets Us Apart:

  • Physician Owned: BPA is an independent physician group made up of Radiology, Emergency Medicine, and Anesthesia. We are run by physicians and not by venture capital or banks.
  • 5 year contract: BPA just signed a new 5 year contract with our partner Health First. We work at 4 hospitals and outpatient centers.
  • Inclusive Growth: Light radiology procedure skills, while preferred, are not mandatory. We value diverse skill sets and encourage professional and leadership development.
  • Generous Incentives: We offer generous sign-on bonuses and moving expense allowance to kickstart your journey with us.
  • Financial Ascent: Starting salaries around $500K and the opportunity to exceed $900,000 as a partner.
