Performance Marketing Manager

Purpose of role: Digital media planning and bid management strategy, to enable performance marketing campaigns that drive growth of website and marketplaces as well as sales of key products in the Hearing Category. Full-funnel ad activation, optimization, KPI planning and reporting.

Education and Skillset: • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, media planning, media buying. Agency experience or in-house Lead Generation / Performance Marketing needed Degree in Business, Marketing or technology preferred • Consumer journey mapping and optimization experience a strong plus • Professional development in digital marketing or digital solutions a strong plus Availability and willingness to take up a moderate degree of travel both domestically and internationally • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, written and oral presentation skills • Must have a passion for numbers and metrics – and have the analytical skills to translate hard data into insight and action • Able to work independently and comfortable with remote and virtual team structures • Experience with global team structures, and responsibility for global projects a strong plus • Global mindset • Comfortable with ambiguity and change • Experience as a collaborator who can work across operating styles and can bring together multiple perspectives • Google Ads / Microsoft advertising Paid search, shopping, Amazon advertising, YouTube, GDN, Paid Social, retargeting, programmatic display /video advertising incl. knowledge of different Lead generation activities, advertising formats and their KPIs.
