Position Summary:

Seeking a Treasury Associate to aid with the daily treasury functions of EG America. Successful Treasury Associate will have strong attention to details, good Excel skills, ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities:

1. Backup Senior Treasury Analyst with daily cash needs. Preparation of current/prior day bank balances, enter wire & ACH payments, submit investments.
2. Responsible for tracking, researching & resolving all store related cash inquires - cash & coin issues, password resets, armored courier issues, returned checks, etc.
3. Download monthly bank & analysis statements
4. Review and analyze monthly bank fees
5. Sort incoming mail and maintain department email inbox
6. Complete daily remote check deposits & scans
7. Assist with completing Credit Applications
8. Handle ad hoc projects in line with departmental objectives

Working Relationships: Position will report to Senior Manager but will assist Senior Treasury Analyst and VP-Accounting as needed. Treasury Associate will also work closely with our Retail Stores, Store Operations, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Legal, external banking partners, armored couriers, and other areas as necessary.

Requirements:
Minimum Education: High School or GED

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality.

Minimum Experience: 0-2 years of work experience in Retail, Banking, or Hospitality.

Preferred Experience: Experience with online banking portals; Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups. Experience working at a bank or a C-store is beneficial.

Travel:N/A

Hours & Conditions:Monday - Friday 8 hour day in office setting during regular business hours. Work from office a minimum of 3 days/week, may work remotely on other work days

Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver, lift and or move up to 10 pounds.
