Be a strategic partner to Px and business leaders, providing subject matter expertise and support to embed DEI principles into business strategies, practices, and decision-making processes. DEI Strategy: Partner with Commercial Px and business leaders to define and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with the overall Commercial business goals. Metrics and Analytics: Regularly report on key DEI metrics to senior leadership and other stakeholders, providing insights, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
