Key Responsibilities The Director of DEI will support the Commercial organization in the creation and execution of the Commercial DEI strategy in alignment with the Pfizer Enterprise DEI strategy and vision. Be a strategic partner to Px and business leaders, providing subject matter expertise and support to embed DEI principles into business strategies, practices, and decision-making processes. DEI Strategy: Partner with Commercial Px and business leaders to define and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with the overall Commercial business goals. Assess the current state and identify opportunities and initiatives that will integrate DEI into the business and enhance the capabilities of leadership and colleagues. Metrics and Analytics: Regularly report on key DEI metrics to senior leadership and other stakeholders, providing insights, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Engage in the identification of diversity best practices and benchmarks as input to designing and implementing initiatives.
