We are looking for a tech savvy, outgoing and high energy individual to join our team as Customer Relations Specialist. You will interact with our customers everyday via online chatting & emailing, as well as daily phone calls to help our Sales team set up in-dealership appointments. We will provide hands on training on scripting and best practice talk tracks so youll get the support you need to learn the dealership sales space and prospecting with our customers. In return, we ask that you become a SPONGE learning the ins and outs of our products and how help customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs.

* Ability to follow procedures and use provided scripts

* Previous experience working in a fast paced, demanding environment

* High level Multi-tasking abilities

* Background in Internet Sales is preferred, but not mandatory

**Job Duties:**

* Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries

* Listen to the customer, answer their questions, and direct customers appropriately as they request.

* Schedule appointments and update customer/vehicle information inside designated software program

* Monitor CRM for To-Dos and ongoing prioritization for your day

* Monitor Reviews and respond accordingly within a designated time frame
