We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile "jack of all trades " with a strong background in CI/CD, Java, and Python, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including the CIO.

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development
  • Salesforce Administration support
  • Requirement gathering and analysis
  • CI/CD Implementation
  • Programming and Scripting
  • Customer interaction and communication
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in banking industry
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in Java and Python.
  • Salesforce administration background with experience in user management, security settings, data management, and configuration.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
