NOC Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a NOC Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Des Moines, Iowa. We are looking for a NOC (Network Operations Center) coordinator that is dynamic, and passionate about supporting clients with technology issues. Who is passionate about growing their skills and growing with our client. This person will take ownership of their career and show leadership ability with all their responsibilities. The right candidate will be strategic at solving clients problems and making clients lives better. The right candidate will demonstrate a team player attitude.

Document client issues.
Identify and gather information on the clients needs.
Being knowledgeable on specific client environments.
Decide priority of client issues.
Maintain internal On-Call schedule.
Return calls and e-mails promptly and no later than the end of the day.
Prepare schedules for the Managed Services Department
Other duties as assigned.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and basic IT terminology.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other common office software.
