The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years practice experience either within a law firm or an in-house setting. As a part of the Team, they'll play a key role in upholding the reliability and value of CoCounsel, the world's first AI legal assistant, under the umbrella of our Product Management Organization. Their contributions will further impact Casetext's mission of delivering unparalleled value to the world's top law firms and in-house legal departments worldwide. This role demands subject matter expertise in legal practice complemented by a strong aptitude for technology, especially in the domain of generative artificial intelligence. As an Attorney Product Trainer You Will: Forecast and create practical use cases for lawyers leveraging the CoCounsel platform. Monitor and evaluate CoCounsel's continuing performance to inform Casetext's technical experts. Assist in the preparation and delivery of guidance documents for key clients and internal staff. Identify innovative pathways for applying generative AI within legal practice. Become a subject matter expert on legal prompt engineering. Occasionally work with Business Development & Sales on the preparation of pitch materials. Attributes Passion for legal research, writing, and analysis, with uncompromising attention to detail.
