As our new full- or part-time Orthodontic Treatment Manager, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable guide that welcomes each patient to our practice, walks them through their treatment journey, and ensures they feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

As a full- or part-time Orthodontic Treatment Manager, each day is a blend of welcoming patients, supporting our doctor, and providing stellar patient service. You greet new patients and their families with a smile, introduce them to our practice, and assist with taking X-rays and photos. Your day includes explaining treatment options and finances in a clear, caring way-answering questions to make each patient feel empowered in their care journey. You also handle scheduling, manage calls and emails, and ensure everything flows smoothly so our patients leave with a smile

Minimum Requirements:

  • Sales experience
  • A friendly, patient-focused attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of dental/orthodontics
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
THE SCHEDULE FOR OUR ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT MANAGER

This full- or part-time position is based at our Monroe, WA office, with shifts scheduled within our business hours:
  • Monday: 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Thursday: 9 AM to 1 PM
  • Fridays: As needed
