What you will be doing as the Proposal Coordinator:

Responsible for coordinating statements of qualifications, proposals, interview presentations, and resource materials.

Assist in designing, writing, and editing winning pursuit deliverables for a variety of clients and industries.

Respond to RFQs and RFPs in a professional, timely, and accurate manner, reflecting the qualifications and experience of the company.

Lead and coordinate all phases of the proposal process, from the go decision through interview.

Collaborate with internal and external team members to create pursuit-related deliverables.

Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, and proposals) in line with the company’s branding guidelines.

Coordinate and help prepare teams for project interviews and presentations.

Perform research or information gathering to improve the overall pursuit process.

Collaborate with other departments to write technical content.

What you will need as the Proposal Coordinator:

Technical proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong time management, project management, attention to detail, and efficient task completion.

Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Proficient writing skills to communicate technical concepts effectively.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with project partners and fellow employees.

Prior knowledge or willingness to immerse yourself in the A/E/C industry and learn best practices.
