This is a full-time position, and the hours are, but not limited to, 7:30 am-4:00 pm Monday to Friday. From time to time, there will be events that will require weekend and outside hours work as well as regional travel to visit customers approximately 1-3 times per year. Duties include but are not limited to: Relationship management and support to our existing customers New business - growing our customer base, fielding enquiries, and cold canvassing Reaching KPIs for growth Upselling and launching new products with our accounts Call cycle management / Customer visits Basic troubleshooting of coffee machine issues Training staff in our wholesale cafes as to how to get the best out of our products Organising installation of machinery Integral team member between the Sales and Operations Team Willingness to travel regionally when required Have you got? Valid open Australian Drivers Licence - ESSENTIAL Coffee industry experience is ideal as you will be required to troubleshoot issues with our customers and train staff on correct use of equipment and products Previous sales experience in FMCG. Previous coffee experience preferred Ability to think laterally and work autonomously whilst also being a team player Strong drive and ability to meet and exceed sales goals Confident using a CRM system and on-time reporting on a regular basis Excellent trade marketing / merchandising skills to ensure all of our customers are on brand Customer-focused with an ability to manage activities to project deadlines in a logical manner The Perks We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, a company vehicle, laptop, and phone plus flexible working hours.
