You'll facilitate meetings, support sector strategies, coordinate events, and use data to strengthen services and complete reports. Minimum Training & Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. and six (6) years of post-high school work experience in workforce development; career or business counseling, analysis, development, or planning; economic assistance; business administration; human resources; or related work experience. An associate's degree from a recognized college or university may substitute for two (2) years of the required work experience. A bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university may substitute for four (4) years of the required work experience.
