We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Development Executive within our growing Electronic Security division. This role will focus on generating leads, building relationships, and showcasing our advanced security products and services to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage an assigned territory utilizing CRM tools, engaging in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and effective negotiation. Develop and implement tailored service/account outsourcing strategies. Identify and pursue new opportunities in the core commercial market segment. Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions based on client needs and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver bespoke solutions for complex client requirements. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand presence and discover new prospects. Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings weekly to nurture relationships and stimulate engagement. Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling techniques to expand existing accounts and attract new clients. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative approach. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in comparable markets. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms to enhance productivity and client interactions. Willingness to travel within assigned geographic areas. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.
