We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior SaaS Sales Manager with a strong background in digital learning solutions, to join our dynamic team and help us expand our enterprise clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, with a focus on selling enterprise subscriptions to large eLearning libraries.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement robust sales strategies targeting large enterprises, ensuring a strong market presence and continuous business expansion.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and processes to ensure sustained growth and achievement of revenue targets.
Solution-Oriented Approach: Swiftly address root cause issues and provide effective solutions to meet business objectives and client needs.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Customer Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also developing new client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and the evolving needs of the digital learning sector to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in achieving significant revenue growth in a SaaS environment, with a recent achievement of growing revenue from €0 to €1,000,000.
Extensive experience in selling digital learning solutions, particularly enterprise subscriptions to large eLearning libraries.
Demonstrated ability to create repeatable and scalable sales processes.
Strong competitive nature and a desire to win, proven by being in the top 20% of sales performers.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying issues and resolving them promptly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
