**Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated Shipping Associates to join our dynamic team. The selected candidates will be responsible for building units and ensuring quality control. The role involves bending cardboard units into form, with duties varying slightly depending on the machine in use. As part of our team, you will receive training in various areas and will be expected to provide assistance in different areas as needed. Previous experience in corrugated work, particularly box experience, will be highly regarded.

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Seward, Nebraska.

**Work Environment**

The work environment is a non-climate controlled warehouse and can be loud, requiring the use of headphones. Safety is our priority, so steel-toed shoes are required, along with regular work attire such as pants, t-shirts, and additional layers as needed. The team size is 15 members and the reporting will be to the GM. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 3rd shift 10:30 pm-7:00 am. However, new hires will train on 1st shift for approximately 2-3 months from 5:30 am-2:30 pm before transitioning to the 3rd shift.
