In Sweden, we are currently 5 dedicated Client Managers and Client Advisors divided between Stockholm and Gothenburg working closely with our colleagues in Oslo and the rest of the Nordics. We are building on DNB’s strong market position in the Nordics and our aim is to take a lead position on Sustainability within each subindustry. We deliver broad and relevant services to our customers by close cooperation with other product areas such as DNB Markets IBD/FICC, DNB Finans/Autolease, Working Capital Solutions and Treasury Management among others. We are now looking for a Client Manager, placed in Stockholm. In this position you will cooperate with other Client Managers on existing customers and gradually build up your own portfolio. You will be part of the Stockholm team but also cooperate closely with our Industrials colleagues in Gothenburg, Oslo and the Customer Analysis Section. You will report to the Team leader of Industrials Sweden Erik Engström, who also is located in Stockholm. As a Client Manager you have the responsibility to: Build up your own client portfolio in close cooperation with other Client Managers and Client Advisors. Prepare credit cases including thorough ESG analysis in cooperation with CAS and present cases to the credit committee. Understand and communicate relevant non-financial risks such as AML (Anti Money Laundering), compliance, and operational risks. Prepare and negotiate term sheets and loan agreements with customers, in close cooperation with IBD and our internal legal department. Develop and build industry knowledge. Competence requirements and experience: Proven experience in corporate banking or financial services, including credit competence. We believe that you can assess creditworthiness and prepare credit proposals. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, in both Swedish and English. Results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding client expectations. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or/and Economics, or related field. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills enable you to adeptly foster and maintain both internal and external networks.
