The Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University is seeking a full-time Motility-Trained Gastroenterologist to join our nationally recognized team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital , located in the heart of Philadelphia. Position Highlights * Provide expert care for patients with complex esophageal, gastric, and intestinal motility disorders * Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of gastroenterologists, surgeons, radiologists, and speech pathologists * Participate in clinical research , quality improvement initiatives, and innovation in motility diagnostics and therapeutics * Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows , including those in Jefferson's GI fellowship program * Contribute to Jefferson's academic mission through scholarly activity and publications Position Highlights * Provide expert care for patients with complex esophageal, gastric, and intestinal motility disorders * Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of gastroenterologists, surgeons, radiologists, and speech pathologists * Participate in clinical research , quality improvement initiatives, and innovation in motility diagnostics and therapeutics * Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows , including those in Jefferson's GI fellowship program * Contribute to Jefferson's academic mission through scholarly activity and publications Qualifications * Board-certified (or board-eligible) in Gastroenterology * Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Gastroenterology * Advanced motility training and experience in managing complex motility disorders * Eligible for or currently holding a Pennsylvania medical license Keywords: Gastroenterology, Motility disorders, Physician, Clinical research, Medical education, Patient care, Esophageal disorders, Gastrointestinal, Academic medicine, Fellowship mentoring
