**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**

* Come to work on time and in proper attire.

* Keep kitchen clean and organized.

* Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

* Ability to stand for long amounts of time.

* Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation, Serve Safe is preferred.

* Understand and complies with cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.

* Basic knife/prep skills such as slicing, dicing, and peeling.

* Promptly report any equipment, product shortages, or food quality issues.
