Client Services Analyst

The Client Services Analyst is tasked with supporting our Joint Venture Sales Teams but managing the daily inbox, fielding any and all requests appropriately.
Responsibilities :
Audits and maintains all state licensing for company and individual loan originators. Maintains efficient database to ensure proper tracking and reporting and manages ongoing database clean-up.
Leads special requests and projects as requested by leader and Sales Managers.
Creates and maintains process documents, manuals, procedures, reports, and training materials.
Answers Client Services questions as needed. Monitors Client Services email box to ensure timely response to originators.
Coordinates with Licensing, Compliance and Legal on any state & federal law changes.
Communicates with leadership from various departments, sales territories and branches as needed. Assists sales leaders with client data requests.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements :
This position requires you to be onsite 2 days a week in our Chandler, Arizona. Must be in a commutable distance.
Proven ability to manage a heavy workload, respond with flexibility to shifting priorities, exercise sound judgement, and make decisions that benefit the organization while minimizing risk.
High degree of attention to detail and proven ability to multitask.
Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Minimum of three (2) + years experience working in a similar role with high-volume mortgage banker preferred.
