The 2Go Advisory Group provides C-level executives and board directors with the expertise, advice and support they need on an “as-needed” basis to design and execute flexible, expert, operational solutions. Our C-Level executives are aligned on an industry and discipline basis which allows us to provide comprehensive services to our clients.

Job Summary:

We seek a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a Property Management background. This CFO will assess, direct and oversee the financial activities of our clients, including the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth. We are seeking someone with an in-depth knowledge of NetSuite and has experience with implementation and experience with Property Management software similar to Yardi.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
  • Reviews the planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.
  • Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
  • Works with the President and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
  • Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
  • Know how to leverage your and other partners capabilities to solve client needs

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.

  • Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
  • Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
  • Experience building strong cross-functional relationships with various business disciplines within an organization.
