Job Summary:

As the Senior Enterprise Project Manager, you will play a hands-on role in various integration projects that support cross-functional teams for the company's daily operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of both Salesforce and Netsuite systems and be able to optimize and lead integration projects. We are looking for someone who can work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and is able to handle tight deadlines.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) related projects, including new implementations, enhancements, integrations and other special projects.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the ERP system to meet business needs.
  • Translating Bear Robotics operational business requirements into business IT solutions and/or implementation of software applications.
  • Ensure projects' accomplishment of desired scope, timeline and quality that adhere to Bear Robotics standards.
  • Oversee regular updates, patches, and system enhancements.
  • Demonstrate adequate knowledge of ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) systems and the ability to analyze inefficiencies and come up with strategies to optimize operations.
  • Lead internal process improvement engagements, analyzing data, identifying problems, and implementing a plan.
  • Defines complex project plans including scope, budget and schedule, and executes tasks defined in the project plan to achieve project goals using standard project management methodologies and practices.
  • Partner with resource managers, Business Partners and vendors to assemble a project Team and provide ongoing motivation to drive projects to completion.
  • Track the performance of the ERP system through KPIs and metrics.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
  • Manages IT staff.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Provide training and support to users to maximize their proficiency with the ERP system.
  • Create documentation and training materials.
Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
  • ERP and CRM system implementations experience, helping through all phases of an implementation.
  • Experience with NetSuite cloud platform, Salesforce system, integration flows, and data tools.
  • Strong experience in Change Management, Business Process Mapping, and Project Management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player that can effectively interact with staff and management at all levels.
  • Proactively communicates with Stakeholders, Sponsors and Project Teams to maintain project alignment.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to express complex concepts in business terms.
Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
  • Netsuite administrative knowledge.
  • Salesforce administrative knowledge.
  • System integration experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Netsuite certification.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or the equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience.
