Position Overview

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate organizational development plans to identify IT recruitment requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to pinpoint staffing needs specific to IT roles.
  • Formulate and execute targeted IT recruiting plans and strategies.
  • Clarify job specifications, competencies, and required skills for IT positions.
  • Align candidate profiles with the organizations IT staffing objectives.
  • Source potential IT candidates through diverse methods, including advertising, specialized job sites, recruitment agencies, and industry events.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships within IT networks to attract and engage qualified candidates.
  • Plan and execute specialized college recruitment programs to identify emerging IT talent.
  • Conduct pre-screening of IT job candidates, reviewing resumes and qualifications to assess suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule IT-focused interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of various work visas relevant to the IT industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in IT recruiting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the specific principles of IT recruiting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with IT professionals.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment within the IT recruitment domain.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving IT recruitment objectives.
