Job Description$500 Signing Bonus General: Support the management of the Operations Department by handling various operational and accounting responsibilities for the Bank.Reports to: Higher level Accounting Technician, Department Supervisor/Manager, or COOSpecific:Responsible for wire transfers. Complete process for handling incoming and outgoing wire transfers, as outlined in the First Utah Bank wire transfer policy. Interact (including training) with Treasury Management users on best practices for initiating wire transfers and using WireManager. Ensure proper notification of wire transfer activity and posting of wire transfers and associated fees.Responsible for ACH Origination. Complete process for handling ACH Origination transactions as outlined in the First Utah Bank ACH policy. Interact (including training) with Treasury Management users on best practices.
