The Marketing & Communications Specialist will be responsible for increasing brand awareness for our current and potential clients. This role will promote our products and services to existing and prospective customers. The Marketing & Communications Specialist will also play a key role in supporting our Sales and People and Culture teams. This is a remote role with SOMA Headquarters located in Tampa, FL. Job Description/What You Would Do In This Role. Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content to increase our brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and direct communications from audiences.

Client and Internal Communication Templates:

Create and maintain a library of communication templates for client interactions, internal updates, and newsletters to ensure consistency and professionalism in our communications.

CRM Tool Upkeep (Zoho):

Regularly update and maintain our CRM database to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our marketing and sales efforts.

Generate reports and insights from Zoho for strategic planning and decision-making.

Support with Contract Renewal Process:

Assist in the preparation and revision of contracts and support the administrative process of contract renewals.

Website Oversight and Updates:

Coordinate with web development and content teams to ensure our website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflective of our latest products, services, and news.

Sales Collateral Updates:

Work closely with the sales team to keep all sales collateral, such as brochures and presentations, current and aligned with our brand messaging.

Supporting People and Culture Team with Miscellaneous Initiatives:

Collaborate with the People and Culture team on various initiatives, including employee engagement activities, internal communications, and event planning to foster a positive work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and company meetings.

Monitor media coverage and compile media mentions and reports for internal review.

Provide administrative support for the communications team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

Requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in communications, social media management, or related roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Zoho, and MS Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
