Who You’ll Work With: We are looking for an Institutional and Defined Contribution Marketing Associate to support our defined contribution (DC) and institutional business. DC marketing works to position and support AB’s investment services to workplace retirement plans (i.e., 401(k) plans) of all plan sizes in the US. In this role, the associate will assist the Head of Defined Contribution Marketing to develop new materials and execute integrated campaigns to support the marketing and promotion of our DC business in the large-mega market institutional channel (direct to plan sponsor). Institutional marketing designs and executes upon a strategic marketing program to build upon AB’s brand as a thoughtful and considerate institutional investment manager: one who has outstanding investment professionals across asset class and strong investment capabilities, but who also goes out of their way to help clients beyond just being a provider of investment management services. The associate would assist the Head of Global Institutional Marketing as well as the Head of North America Institutional Marketing in the development and distribution of various types of marketing content such as emails, presentations, videos, webpages, etc., coordination of events and internal communication with the sales and client service teams. What You’ll Do: The Marketing Associate will interact closely with many internal groups such as Sales & Client Services, Marketing, Creative, Legal and Compliance, and Business Development, as well as external business partners.
