Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, scheduling service calls, and dispatching our team of skilled electricians. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Answer incoming customer calls, emails, online forms, and inquiries from third-party apps promptly and courteously. + Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and scheduling. + Schedule service appointments and manage the dispatch of electricians efficiently. + Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery. + Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. + Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service schedules, and other essential data. + Collaborate with the management team to optimize service routes and schedules. + Assist in various administrative tasks as needed, including managing inventory. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS + High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus. + Proven experience in dispatching roles, minimum 2 years. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Proficiency in using scheduling and dispatching software, familiarity with Service Titan is a plus. + Familiarity with the electrical services or home services industry is an advantage.
