Our Customer Support Specialist is responsible for product support, resolving incoming customer concerns, customer training, and overall customer retention. Responsibilities:

Handling inbound calls and emails regarding system and support related issues Troubleshooting - work with our team of developers to resolve system issues Liaison between our Customers and our Partners/Vendors Providing support and assisting with account related updates Contribute new ideas about how to improve system UI and the Customer experience Qualifications:
