About the Role: We're seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Direct Marketing team in a full-time entry-level position. In this role, your entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic will be essential as you quickly build relationships and share information to drive our campaigns forward.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging with potential donors
  • Recruiting donors through face-to-face interactions
  • Presenting our charity's mission in line with campaign messaging
  • Highlighting the benefits of supporting various charitable projects
  • Collaborating with team members under the guidance of an experienced manager who provides support and training

Desired Qualifications:

  • No prior experience necessary, but exposure to sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and strong work ethic, complemented by exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to surpass weekly performance goals and targets
  • Preferably, a passion for advancing charitable causes
  • Motivated by the prospect of growth and leadership opportunities
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Personality traits conducive to success: ambition, focus, tenacity, honesty, openness to new ideas, and a willingness to learn
