We are now seeking a Health and Wellness Manager to join our team
What you'll do:
- Responsible for the coordination and delivery of personal care services provided by the community staff to residents (in licensed apartments).
- Act as a liaison to the Health and Wellness Nurse, coordinating care and providing the necessary information in order to promote safe and highcare to residents.
- Manage a staff of paraprofessionals through supervision, education and.
- Responsible for all non-nursing required tasks of the Health and Wellness department.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience.
- Care giving experience required.
- 2plus years of management experience preferred.
- Baccalaureate degree in health-related field recommended.
