Alphacomm custom designs, manufactures and distributes wireless accessories to over 18,000 points of distribution in North America. The Company leads the wireless industry in the number of carrier brands managed and is the first to market carrier-licensed accessory portfolios for over fifty devices launched annually.

Telementum is a platform for investments in the wireless accessories space and is a partnership between McCarthy Capital, a private equity firm headquartered in Omaha, NE, and the management teams of its wireless accessory holdings (Alphacomm + Speck).

Responsibilities

As our Social Media Manager, youll be the driving force behind our online presence. Your days will be filled with exciting tasks, including:

  • Strategic Visionary: Lead the charge by developing and executing data-driven social media strategies for the Telementum portfolio of brands (4). Your insights will shape our digital narrative and drive brand awareness.
  • Content Maestro: Create captivating content that stops thumbs mid-scroll Whether its a witty tweet, a stunning Instagram story, or a thought-provoking LinkedIn post, youll be the mastermind behind it all.
  • Trendsetter Extraordinaire: Stay plugged into the digital climate. Be ready to pounce on real-time trends, memes, and viral moments. Your ability to ride the wave will keep our audience engaged and entertained.
  • Platform Guru: You know your way around social media platforms like a seasoned traveler. From TikTok to LinkedIn, youre fluent in best practices, algorithms, and the latest features.
  • Collaborator Supreme: Work closely with other members of the marketing team, including our internal creative services teams. Brief them on your vision, and watch them transform it into eye-catching visuals, videos, and graphics. Teamwork makes the dream work
  • Community Builder: Engage with our audience daily. Respond to comments, address concerns, and sprinkle some digital magic to foster a loyal follower base.
  • Charismatic On-Screen Persona: Youre not just a social media manager; youre a digital star Comfortably step in front of the camera from time to time, use your own voice, and be the face of our brands as needed. Whether its hosting live Q&A sessions, creating video content, or doing Instagram takeovers, youll shine like a supernova.

Requirements:
