We are currently seeking a full time Property Manager for a mid-size Real Estate business in Boone, NC. Candidate should have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and interact successfully with people. Responsibilities · Manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial property. · Prepare and manage the operating budgets to control expenses and meet financial objectives. · Maintain positive working relationships, occupancy goals and rental objectives. · Analyze the current rental market, maintain rental statistics, prepare quarterly reports. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Show and lease professional rental space. · Inspect the property on a regular basis and schedule improvements and repairs. · Complete and submit, timely and accurately, all records, reports and documents required by the company to federal or state agencies. Computer Skills Experience using Microsoft Office products (word and excel) and Quickbooks. Other Qualifications General handyman skills. Attention to detail with problem solving skills. A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements. Ability to negotiate lease terms. Familiarity with basic accounting skills.
