Front Desk Receptionist

Seeking a front desk patient care representative. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greeting patients: Welcoming patients and visitors in person and by phone
  • Answering phones: Answering incoming calls and referring questions to other staff
  • Maintaining patient records: Retrieving patient files, inserting new patient records, and maintaining patient accounts
  • Assisting patients: Helping patients fill out forms, answering questions, and providing comfort and support throughout the check in process
  • Collect time of service fees from patients when necessary
  • Keeping the office clean: Keeping the waiting and reception areas clean and inviting
  • Following policies and procedures: Following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes
  • Protecting patient confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information
  • Creating a positive atmosphere: Behaving politely and attentively to make patients feel more comfortable
  • Basic computer and phone skills required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.


Looking for a front desk receptionist to check patients in, collect time of service fees, answer phones.

Should have basic computer skills

Full time position - possibility of working late morning into the evening (11am to 8pm approximately), as well as Saturdays (7am to 5pm approximately) meaning you would have a weekday off.
