Summary of Role: As the Territory Sales Manager for Centurion you will be responsible for developing relationships with local practitioners and growing your territory through direct sales. You will need to be energized by the daily challenges presented as a critical part of a growing company. Centurion Labs has a proven track record and concept and are looking for a leader who wants to personally grow as a person and help the company grow as a business.

Expectations & Responsibilities This Territory Sales Manager will be able to make a noticeable impact on the business and requires: Ongoing training of Centurion products to stay up to date with new and existing offerings. Develop effective sales strategies to grow your territory, including direct sales, routing schedules, product focus, and available resources. Working knowledge of competition, managed care, and government agencies. Proficient at developing relationships with key practitioners and administrative skills which includes inventory management, practitioner call logs, sampling activity according to PDMA standards, and receipt management. Execute high engagement in activities including weekly company calls and bi-yearly meetings. Ability to receive coaching from leadership through weekly sales calls, month performance reviews, and quarterly performance reviews.

Other Expectations Interest in the natural pharmaceutical and supplement industry and desire to be career-oriented in this space. This person will report directly to their specific Sales Manager and have potential to move into a more leadership-focused role or continue as a high-performing individual contributor.
