Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in overseeing ground-up commercial and multi-family projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage ground-up commercial and multi-family projects from initiation to closeout. Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure project success. Oversee the procurement process, including bidding, negotiating contracts, and managing subcontractors. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project team members. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience managing ground-up commercial and multi-family projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
