Summary:

Our branch banking roles offer a welcoming and inclusive team environment where you are empowered every day to help our customers achieve their financial goals. As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for managing the branch, leading sales, service, and operations, coaching the team, acquiring new customers, and deepening existing relationships. Duties & Responsibilities: Managing portfolio of high-value customers and business clients. Leading the team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues. Identifying and presenting sales opportunities using available tools. Ensuring the team is knowledgeable about products, services, and policies. Building key business and community relationships. Overseeing recruitment, hiring, and staffing processes. Managing branch operations and adhering to policies and procedures. Understanding branch performance metrics. Demonstrating expertise in banking, investments, lending, sales, leadership, and customer service. Performing other assigned duties. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in retail sales leadership or a Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience. Strong leadership in branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance. Expertise in banking, sales, investments, lending, leadership, and communication. Excellent communication skills and comfort with technology. Knowledge of deposit products and ability to motivate colleagues. Exempt Status:
