As a Clinic Nurse, you will provide personalized, high-quality care to individuals seeking mental health services. You will collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our patients. Your role will encompass both physical and mental health care, empowering clients on their journey toward mental wellness. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compassionate and personalized nursing care, prioritizing the needs and well-being of clients in every interaction.
  • Execute physician's orders, ensuring coordinated healthcare services and a seamless patient experience.
  • Carry out nursing responsibilities, including temperature and blood pressure measurements, ensuring comfort and confidence in clients.
  • Conduct interviews with clients and their families to understand medical background and medication history, creating individualized care plans.
  • Maintain and update patient documentation to ensure accurate communication among healthcare professionals.
  • Manage medication administration records (MARs) and handle medication prescribing authorities (PA's), prioritizing safety and following protocols.
  • Provide nursing and medical guidance to colleagues, clients, and their families, promoting collaboration and continuous learning.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
  • Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in Missouri, OR
  • Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in Missouri.
