The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and management team, ensuring a positive and productive workplace. This role involves a mix of strategic planning and hands-on HR tasks. Location Type: This is an onsite role supporting multiple locations in Holland, MI. How Youll Make an Impact: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes including conducting new hire orientation. Conduct training and development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Note: This list of responsibilities is inclusive; however, it is intended to be a guideline for activities. What Youll Bring: Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of five years of experience in a Human Resources, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, or similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
