You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and maximizing revenue growth through effective account management strategies.This is an in office position in Lincoln, NE.RESPONSIBILITIES:Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.Account Management Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive account management strategies that align with our overall business objectives.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective upselling, cross-selling, and account penetration strategies.Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine account management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Other typical duties include:Develop content to inform customers about new developments in the company's productsDeveloping quotes, proposals and agreementsTraining personnel and helping team members develop their skillsEDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in either a business or technical area preferredEXPERIENCE:Relevant work experience with telecommunication services and data networksRelevant work experience involving sales or customer serviceSKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:Must be self-motivated with experience in sales and knowledge of technologyMust be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer baseMust have strong presentation skillsMust be able to communicate professionally verbally and in written response to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reportsStrong analytical abilities as well as persuasion/negotiation skillsProficiency at eliminating sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approachesREQUIREMENTS:Remain upright on feet for extended periodsRemain stationary for extended periodsAbility to communicate informationMove on foot up to 10 miles per dayAbility to operate a computerAbility to work outdoorsPossess/Maintain a valid Driver's LicenseTravel requirement up to 15%People are our passion.
