Overview

We are currently seeking candidates for a Full-time Financial Systems Analyst to support the AEGIS Technical Representative (TECHREP) Professional Support Services Contract in Moorestown, NJ. The AEGIS TECHREP contract provides on-site direction, oversight and support that validate the total AEGIS Weapon System and AEGIS Combat System designs. The Financial Systems Analyst will provide cost-benefit analysis to financial requests, assess program tradeoffs, and explore alternative funding methods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Contracting Officers Representative with deliverable tracking, review of Procurement Requests, and Task Order modifications
  • Assist with Task Order and business initiatives and databases including the following: Navy Enterprise Resource Planner, Wide Area Workflow, Standard Procurement System, Navy Enterprise Planner System, and AEGIS Technical Representative Analysis and Information Navigator as required
  • Generate, update, track, and consolidate Sponsor Task Planning Sheets/Statement of Work and Technical Instruction across this Task Order
  • Collaborate on the planning, controlling, administering, scheduling, and executing of efforts involving all other AEGIS Technical Representative managed Prime Contractors
  • Assist the Government in its monitoring, managing and cost controlling, resourcing (dollars, hours, labor), and estimating as required for the planning of Statement of Work and Task Planning Sheets of other Task Orders efforts managed by AEGIS Technical Representative activities.
  • Interface with clients daily to fulfill financial service requirements
  • Measure organizational performance, assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget
  • Examine past and current budgets and research economic and financial developments that affect the organizations spending

Travel

  • This position does not require travel

Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent higher education
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 10 years professional experience in Finance or Accounting is acceptable in lieu of college degree
  • Minimum 7 years experience with DoD/DON programs, Industry or Government technical management, and industry or Government business management
  • Minimum 7 years experience in financial/cost analysis
  • Expertise in Microsoft EXCEL
  • Must maintain the capacity to communicate with their Supervisor and/or Manager when not in the office.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to frequently traverse stairs.
  • Sitting for long periods, standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Reaching, handling, and using equipment, keyboards, and mobile devices.
  • Lifting boxes (files and supplies) up to 20 lbs.
