**A+ FCU is growing and we are looking for the right candidate to make an immediate impact as the Branch Manager. The ideal individual for this opportunity will be expected to grow the business in the areas of loan and savings dollars. This will be accomplished by leading and guiding your team and delivering the best member experience possible. You will be expected to be an excellent communicator, be able to manage time efficiently for both yourself and the team, and** **have a proven record of delivering excellent service and sales combined with the ability to lead and coach a team of employees to success**. **If you think you have what it takes to be the one chosen for this amazing opportunity, begin the application process now**

* Supervise branch team by overseeing the daily operations of the branch, completing observations, coaching employees and providing input on hiring, terminations and evaluations

* Meet or exceed established branch sales goals by developing, implementing and monitoring branch strategic sales initiatives

* Develop and implement annual branch business plan and communicate marketing ideas

* Ultimately responsible for branch sales results and for achieving overall sales and service expectations

* Consistently meet or exceed individual goals established for the achievement of increasing retail services per household and promoting other critical credit union metrics

* Ensure that the branchs outside business development and community activities are successful and result in membership growth and increased awareness of our organization in the community

* Responsible for achieving a member friendly, sales oriented branch atmosphere

Job Requirements

* Five years of financial institution experience (credit union preferred)

* Three years of supervisory experience

* One year of sales experience

* Must have knowledge in senior-level branch operations

* Demonstrate and utilize professional presentation skills and effective business development skills

* Possess a strong background in leadership, coaching, sales and referrals
