FLOWER CO. is looking for Long Haul Drivers to join our dedicated, hard-working, fun team These positions will include overnight travel and start times of 3:30 AM. Our vans do not require a commercial license. Our drivers are expected to operate company vehicles safely and pursuant to product regulations.

**What youll do**

* Deliver goods to various locations in a safe, timely manner

* Maintain consistent reliability for regularly scheduled work hours

* Implement safe and efficient operating procedures while meeting established schedules.

* Assist with the efficient loading and unloading of trucks

* Pre and post-check vehicle to ensure safe transportation, reporting any malfunctions

* Communicate with supervision to receive instructions, report delays or safety hazards, and report accidents/infractions/citations/tickets involving the driver or Company equipment.

* Ensure proper cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the vehicle

* Maintain an acceptable driving record

**Who you are**

* Must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid Class A license

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* 1+ years of commercial driving experience

* 1+ years of driving shifts longer than 6 hours

* 5+ years of clean motor vehicle driving record representing a history of safe and competent driving.

* 3+ years of clean loss history

* Ability to communicate with internal and external customers effectively.

* Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, and kneel frequently

* Ability to operate large vehicles for extended periods of time
